Customer Service
The relationship between owner and tenant is that both are customers. As customers it is important that we deliver the excellence that customers expect.
Tenant Customer Service includes:

Municipality inspections;

Responding to all tenant (customer) calls regarding maintenance, concerns, issues, etc;

Owner customer service includes:

Leasing Services
Leasing services include on site marketing and advertising the property on several websites. We respond to all inquiries regarding the property, and pre-qualify all prospective tenants according to the owners’ rating factors. We carry out all of the showings on the property, process applications, screen tenants, perform background checks, verify the potential tenant’s employment and previous rental history, collect rent and deposit from the tenant, and process the move in of the tenant. We strive to minimize turnover and maintain 100% occupancy.
Optional Services
Maintenance Service: provide property maintenance (includes lawn and general grounds maintenance) and cleaning services
Rehab Services: services are based on factors such as property condition, environmental conditions, scope of work, etc.

Supplemental Services
Other services include informing our clients of the latest trends in the market by providing consultation services that include market rental rates and cost analysis. Also provide a property portfolio that includes an extensive research and analysis on each designated property.
